VBDaq (Valve Body Data Acquisition) is an easy to operate control system designed with “touch screen” in mind. It has full capability to electrically scan solenoids and fully interrogate the valve body’s hydraulic functionality. The programme comes complete with written test scripts for all the test plates Hydra-test currently offer. The programme works by comparing actual live test data against pre stored Master data collected from fully functioning valve bodies. When the data has been collected from your reconditioned valve body it can be thoroughly analysed using our unique “easy limits” Pass/Fail tolerance system. Individual clutch and brake elements are displayed as a graph showing every step of the test conducted. The whole test can be then printed, showing not only the solenoid test but every single aspect of the entire test. VBDaq is a programme that is essential for testing the complex valve bodies we see today. |
